Our distribution center is located in Indonesia and the shipping carriers we use to ship for international shipping is FedEx and for shipping within Indonesia we use RPX. Except for any shipment to Russia we will use EMS. For any shipment by FedEx, please enter your address and postal code to see how much is the shipping cost which you need to pay to send your order. But please be informed for some out of delivery area there will be a surcharge USD 26 each shipment or USD 0.50 per kilogram whichever is greater. Delivery within Indonesia is free of charge.
All purchased items will be dispatch at least 1-7 business days once payments are received. PayPal payments may require some times to clear through the bank, therefore we will only post your item once we receive the payment in our bank account. The delivery time is usually took 3 until 7 working days for major cities but it varies according to your country. On occasion, some shipments may take until 2 until 3 extra days to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Please inform us if your order has not arrived after the estimated time. Once we receive the notification that your order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier company to track down the delivery status. When purchasing from Gingersnap, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
GINGERSNAP BALI will provide an exchange item only where:
The goods are in seal-able condition, with all tags still intact;
The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
The goods are returned within 10 working days of purchase date; and the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
The shipping cost to send the item back to us will be on your behalf, including the duty tax of the substitute item.
Alternatively, we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:
Are faulty (unless caused by you);
Have been wrongly described;
Are different from the goods that you ordered;
All returns must be returned to GINGERSNAP BALI within 10 working days of purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
Returns after this period will not be accepted.
If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
