Our distribution center is located in Indonesia and the shipping carriers we use to ship for international shipping is FedEx and for shipping within Indonesia we use RPX. For any shipment by FedEx, please enter your address and postal code in the information page during checkout and you will be able to see how much is the shipping cost which you need to pay to send your order. Delivery within Indonesia is free of charge.
We aim to pack your order within 24-48 hours.
For domestic shipping, time varies between 3 to 5 working days.
For international shipping, 4 to 10 working days from dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number once your order have been dispatched.
Our online business working days are Monday to Friday. All orders placed on Fridays evening (Bali time) will be addressed the following Monday.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
GINGERSNAP BALI will provide an exchange item only where:
The goods are in seal-able condition, with all tags still intact;
The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
The goods are returned within 10 working days of purchase date; and the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
The shipping cost to send the item back to us will be on your behalf, including the duty tax of the substitute item.
Alternatively, we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:
Are faulty (unless caused by you);
Have been wrongly described;
Are different from the goods that you ordered;
All returns must be returned to GINGERSNAP BALI within 10 working days of purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
Returns after this period will not be accepted.
If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
